technical . Throughout the duration of the course we completed four commercial projects. Two were documented up to building approval stage, and one to conceptual stage which could potentially be presented to a client. 

The projects documented to building approval stage; A steel fabricating factory with an office attached and a multi- residential / commercial office building. The conceptual projects were a commercial business space to accommodate new and innovative business' within the local area and a winery to be situated on the Nambour golf course. All projects were designed to be compliant with the relevant Australian Standards, and adhere to local town plan, QDC and QBCC building requirements.
